a. Receiving and processing correspondence addressed to the District.
b. Responding to all correspondence addressed to the District concerning human resource management matters.
c. Issuance of certificates of service rendered.
d. Issuance of salary certificates.
e. Providing funeral support benefits to the family of a deceased employee.
f. Providing retirement benefits to employees proceeding to retirement.
g. Processing employees’ monthly payroll.
