Basic services provided in the planning department
Planning is prepared by staff based on the general needs of the citizens. Well-prepared planning enables the District to achieve the commitments it set in that year’s budget. The planning includes the performance contracts (Imihigo) that the District signs with His Excellency the President of the Republic. After the fiscal year, an evaluation is conducted to determine whether these targets were achieved.
